At Patel Engineering Works (Vizag), our leadership is the cornerstone of our success. Our management team combines decades of hands-on industry experience with strong business acumen, driving the company towards excellence in ship repair and shipbuilding.
Patel Engineering Works (Vizag) is a headed by Mr. Rashesh Sanghvi and Mr. Chirag Sanghvi, with Mr. Kiran Sanghvi serving as the founder and current CEO. Their journey in the maritime industry began from the ground up, working closely with project teams, supervisors, and skilled tradesmen. This hands-on experience has shaped their deep understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of shipbuilding and repairs.

At the helm of our strategic leadership is Mr. Kiran Sanghvi, our CEO, who serves as both a mentor and strategist for the firm. With a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and over 40 years of hands-on experience in the maritime industry, Mr. Sanghvi has worked with some of the most prestigious firms globally, including:

- With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Rashesh Sanghvi has played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. His expertise lies in client relationship management, project oversight, and resolving HR and logistical challenges, ensuring smooth project execution and strong client partnerships.
Mr. Chirag Sanghvi (B.S. in Industrial Engineering, MBA)
- Bringing 15 years of industry experience, Mr. Chirag Sanghvi focuses on business development, project management, and costing & bidding. His innovative approach to project strategy and growth has been pivotal in securing major contracts and expanding the firm’s presence in the marine industry.
