About the Role : Experienced Structural Fabrication Supervisor to oversee shipbuilding and heavy fabrication, with expertise in structural drawings and fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage fabrication activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and timelines.
- Review and interpret structural drawings accurately.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor welding processes, ensuring adherence to welding techniques and quality standards.
- Implement QA/QC procedures to maintain high-quality production.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in shipbuilding or heavy fabrication.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding structural drawings.
- Basic understanding of various welding techniques and QA/QC procedures.
- Educational Qualification (Preferred): Diploma holder or higher.
- Naval Architects or Engineers with relevant production experience are encouraged to apply.
