About the Role: Experienced professional to oversee the fabrication and erection of hull blocks, guide production processes, and manage client relationships for timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise fabrication and erection of multiple hull blocks simultaneously for timely project delivery.
- Review and interpret structural drawings to guide and manage production.
- Represent the company in client production meetings, maintaining professional relationships and safeguarding company interests.
- Lead and coordinate production teams to streamline operations and ensure quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in shipbuilding and structural fabrication.
- Naval Architects or Engineers with relevant production experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding structural drawings.
- Basic understanding of various welding techniques and QA/QC procedures specific to shipbuilding.
- Educational Qualification (Preferred): Diploma holder or higher.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
