About the Role: The Electrical Supervisor will oversee electrical outfitting activities, including cable laying, equipment installation, and monitorization in the shipbuilding and marine industry. The candidate must be skilled in interpreting technical drawings and supervising electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage electrical outfitting works (cable laying, equipment installation, connections).
  • Interpret and work with schematic, isometric, and SDL drawings.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to address technical challenges.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of electrical installations while meeting project timelines.
  • Monitor worksite safety and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff and team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, or the marine field.
  • Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of marine electrical systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Skills Required:
